This beauty must have a home of her own that she can graciously share with one or two adult people. She is particularly fond of men, which is surprising since we are certain her previous caretaker (if you want to call him that) abused her.
She had been abandoned twice and rescued both times by us. We are positive if in a home of her own with a nice plump window seat for endless viewing, clean water and a nice supply of treats, she would blossom into the purring lap cat that both you and she would want from such a beauty. We have tried for months to accommodate her but she won't befriend either of our resident cats. She has secluded herself to a portion of our apartment and is okay with it, coming out regularly to visit us IF neither of our cats is around.
She is fixed and has been chipped. We have the chip number and any info that we obtained during her first rescue with us. The chip company tried to make contact with her first owners but no one answered the phone nor responded to any voicemails or texts. She is approximately 10 years old and absolutely won't eat any type of canned food and LOVES treats.
We will require that you spend time with her here at our apartment for us to see if she likes you. If all goes well, there will be an adoption fee of $50.
