Job description We are looking for a 1st shift Cutter Operator, Print Finishing and Bindery Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include setting up and running equipment typical of the print and mail industry; Folders, Cutters, UV Coaters, Perfect Binders, Saddle Stitchers, hand assembly and more. Attention to detail is important. Some overtime and weekend hours will be required. 8am - 5pm M-F Occasional Sat/Sun shifts Reviewing Candidates for: Full Time or Part Time Pay base on experience * Please no walk-ins. Responsibilities and Duties Setup and operate Digital Print and Mail Bindery / Finishing equipment. Willing to work extra hours to attain goals. Operate Large Guillotine Paper Cutters. Operate Booklet Makers (Saddle Stitch, Perfect Binding) Operate Folders. Operate Digital Printers. Send emails using Microsoft Outlook. Handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Have ability to work under pressure of deadlines and delivery dates. All other duties as assigned by managers. Qualifications and Skills Ability to setup and operate Digital Print and Mail Bindery / Finishing equipment. Able to read and comprehend written instructions (work orders). Able to send emails using Outlook. Must demonstrate a positive attitude on a consistent basis when working with others. Have ability to work under pressure of deadlines and delivery dates. Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all co-workers. Be able to work overtime as required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
