From the City of Cedar Falls: November 18, 2020 In observation of the Thanksgiving holiday, the below Cedar Falls City facilities will be operating the following hours: City Hall – Closed November 26 and November 27. Hearst Center for the Arts – Closed November 26 and November 27. Cedar Falls Public Library – The Library is currently offering curbside service as well as email and phone assistance. They will be closed for these services beginning November 25 at 5:00 p.m. with curbside services ending at 4:30 p.m. that day. They will remain closed November 26 and November 27. Please note the Cedar Falls Community Center is currently closed to the public. Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center - Open November 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Cedar Falls Tourism & Visitors Bureau - Closed November 26 – November 29.
