We have been bombarded with several tame and feral cat and kitten rescues this spring. We have Shorthair or Longhaired available including a Rare black male Polydactyl! All are younger rescues. To give everyone a better idea of what I do.. I'm a Small home rescue who has supported my Rescue efforts with my pet services business for over 5 years. I have recently moved to Rural Iowa to expand my rescue efforts as the need is high but, this has put me away from my established business area and supportive clients! All my rescues are Vet Checked, de-wormed, flea prevention, testing, fixed, Pro Plan packet with a starter bag of food. They are treated and housed as pets in the home. (Never caged like pounds and kennels) They are socialized with kids, cats, and dogs to make sure they can adapt to a variety of homes. We never turn away a need for help or put anyone down because of being swamped. We never do as many rescues by fixing them and put them back on the streets either! There are a variety of options to get them to new homes around the country from meeting half way, to meeting up at Des Moines or Omaha Airport, to Shipping with American Airlines Cargo, or people can do their own transport service etc. I have driven my rescues across the country (East Coast 3 times in last few years due to pandemic) I go above and beyond what many places do and that's what makes us different!
