Requirements: These are non negotiable! Current drivers license. Dependable Transportation A back ground check will be done. Basic tools are required because your contract labor/w-9. (saws/ladders/cordless/tool belts/hammer/tape/speed sq./utility knife just to name a few) Experience: These are some of the things you'll need to know how to do and do well. Dry wall & painting Tile/stone light plumbing & electrical (shower pans & hot/cold control systems) tubs sinks toilets faucets/ lights fans plugs & switches/ kerdi pans & systems doors & windows cabinetry, framing, wood & cement floor leveling, base & case. Extensive knowledge is a must with the above things. This is a contract labor position 40 plus hrs a week between 8 & 5pm. Your paid in cash. A w-9 and workers comp/wavier is required.
