I'm rehoming my Tortoiseshell Abyssinian Guinea Pig named Cookie Monster. He's six months old and has tons of personality and spunk. He has the most beautiful coat with lots of rosettes. He has a $40 rehoming fee. Abyssinian guinea pigs have a long body with a small face. They are more vocal, active and playful than a typical guinea pig, and they enjoy the company of people more as well. They love to play, and they love the attention they get from children. Most enjoy being pet and gently combed. They have an easy-going and friendly temperament, and are gentle. They are highly intelligent and easy to train to perform simple tasks and tricks and come when you call them. They can also use a litter box which makes cleaning their cage much easier.
