Hi! If you are in need of full body: trigger point, soft tissue mobilization, stretching, targeted or global work I’m good with my hands and offer affordable pricing. I am currently in PT school and have extensive training in clinical exercise prior to school, mostly neuro clients or those with higher demands but open to working with anyone. I am also willing to consult on issues you may be having, just ask and if I can’t help I will do my best to educate on best referral. I am a certified personal trainer and feel comfortable coaching health and wellness if interested. I can come to you or you can come to me I’m open minded and fun.
