Flooring for 1000 sq ft house

I must have my whole house re-floored. It is a small 990-square-foot house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is carpet in the living room and two bedrooms to be removed. There is tile in the kitchen and dining rooms to be removed. There is existing vinyl in the bathroom to be removed. Then we would like new flooring (vinyl or laminate) and new baseboard installed. I will buy and provide the flooring separately. I have many projects available.
