Betta needs rescue

Description

Have a male Betta that appears to have dropsy. Looking for someone to take him in and rehab him. I took him out of a disgusting tank where he was not being taken care of and was dying but I’m not able to rescue/rehab him. I know dropsy can be fatal and I’m just guessing that’s what’s wrong with him. If anyone can take him and rehab him that would be great!
