Pavers: To install pavers from wooden board walk to the concrete strip already present just before the gravel driveway. Will require tapering down so there is not a step up to the boardwalk. Will require removal of any roots in area installing pavers. The total area size is 13.5’ by 52-57”. Repair Fence: Disassemble 52” fence gate, 4’ paneling, 2 posts which have about 2’ of concrete inside. Install 2 posts in concrete and install appropriate number of panels. Remove and re-drill gate latches. Goal is to reuse all vinyl material however if needed client will Re-purchase gate kit and posts. The reason we have to redo the fence is it’s not level and gate post needs to be set over a few inches to allow for 57” paver walkway.
