We are a premier Deck and outdoor amenities custom builder currently looking to add more crews to our team of builders. Our company has been serving the metro area and surrounding suburbs for the last 27 years. Experienced builders can either work for hourly wages or crews can get paid piece work, we offer both and pay every week. All positions are eligible for our performance bonus program. *Framers/Carpenters pay scale $24 to $35 per hour (DOE) *Carpenters helpers pay scale: $18 to $22 per hour (DOE) Subcontractors are paid by square footage for framing and decking and by linear footage for railing.
