❌🆘ALVIN WAS DUMPED IN THE DESERT AND NOW TO BE E-LISTED❌🆘 Alvin (#A4693633) was found alone out in the desert at night by a kind stranger who was driving along the road and saw his eyes reflecting the lights from their car. When they realized he was a dog and not wildlife, they pulled over and he came right to them and jumped in the car. Their kindness saved Alvin's life that night, but now he needs a permanent home to save him again. After a month of living in the shelter, he's decided that he's had enough of kennel life and just can't take it anymore. He spins and barks and jumps all day in his kennel from frustration. He has a climate-controlled space with his own bed, food, and water, but it isn't a real home. Our staff and volunteers love him, but it just isn't a replacement for a family of his own. 💔 Outside of his kennel, you can get a glimpse of what Alvin will be like outside of the shelter - and he's amazing. He's so friendly meeting new people and comes right up to greet you, he follows his friends around and leans against them like velcro, and he soaks up every bit of love and attention he can get. He was definitely part of a family before, because he's had previous training and loves to sit and shake hands with you. He's playful, he's gentle, he's eager to please, and he deserves a real home and the chance to be someone's best friend. Alvin was adopted for 48 hours and was introduced with adopter's dogs immediately- this did not go well so he must be only dog. 💥💥THESE DOGS NEED TO DECOMPRESS BEFORE MEETING OTHER PETS.
