remove steel post in front yard

This post was once used for a clothesline. It’s cast into concrete, ~4ft into the ground. It has been completely dug out is loose… but it weighs hundreds of pounds I think I need a small tow crane to physically pull it out. Need help to pull it up from the ground and haul it away to the dump. 100$ for successful help. Do you have the means? Let me know, thanks! I
