Sweet terrier mix pup

I have a sweet little Chihuahua/terrier mix pup in need of a new home. She is very nervous in a new place at first, but once she warms up she is incredibly sweet & snuggly. I was told she was 8-9 weeks when I got her about a month ago, but I do not think she is quite that young. She is definitely a puppy, however, as she has her adult teeth growing in. She has had one Parvo/distemper/parainfluenza vaxx so far. I am needing to re-home her as she just requires way more time & attention than I was looking for in a dog. She does great in her crate at night & when I'm home, but leaving her home alone in the crate is another story. She has some major separation anxiety & barks the entire time I'm gone. I think she would do best in a one person/one pet home, although she does do fine with kids & other people. She just can get very nervous when there is a lot of noise/energy going on around her & she definitely attaches to one person (which has been me, even tho she was supposed to be my son's dog). She would make a great little lap dog & companion for someone who is home often. She is potty trained but she needs someone who is reeeally on top of taking her out because she does still have accidents at time of however it feels more like she is now marking her territory on in my son's things as it tends to only happen in his room & on his stuff. 😕 With the right owner who has the patience to work with her, she would be an excellent addition to their home. There is a rehoming fee to cover some of what I paid for/put into her. She will come with whatever food she has left at the time (I feed her a high quality puppy food from a high end pet supply store), good quality treats, toys, a bed, a crate, leash, harness, natural flea medicine, high quality dog shampoo, & some herbal immunity drops.
