Internet savvy peeps to the rescue!! There's a place called doublelist that has pretty much the same content only without all the bots CL had (oh and by the way, it's "dot com" just so you know). right now there's just Des Moines and Davenport for Iowa, but maybe with more traffic they'll add another region or two.
