We have one female Chihuahua puppy that is still needing its forever home. She is 3 months old and is very sweet and playful. She weighs approximately 2.5lbs at the moment. Her father is a deer headed Chihuahua (6lbs) and the mother is an apple headed Chihuahua(4.5lbs) so she should not get very large.
