spotted in rillito at la cholla

Description

spotted a rottweiler in the rillito river just east of la cholla and river. it is friendly enough to drink water from a bottle, is attracted to the sound of a rustling plastic bag (probably food related), but wouldn't eat some dog treats. has a collar but no tag and is not friendly enough to accept a leash. last seen as it ran back down into the wash from north side to south side and was playing around chasing things.
