Auditions are a two way street folks and they start right here. If you are posting please show the consideration of posting a link to your band page, youtube vids or mp3's so players can get a sense of the fit before reaching out! It will save all parties time and effort to have some idea of what kind of fit things are and generate more responses. Decent players don't want to waste time with ad's that aren't showing similar level of aptitude and peeps looking for more experience will be more confident knowing that they are looking at a band working at their level.
