I rescued this lovely girl from a pet store in November 2021 when she was a juvenile. The employee admitted, "we aren't here to keep them, we just sell them." That was so sadly true. She was undernourished to the point where her growth had stalled. I love bearded dragons, so I was thrilled to "foster" her. I named her Lizzie, and she has grown, and become an amazing, healthy, interactive, affectionate beauty! She loves handling, exploring, and watching everything. She loves respectful children, and literally craves holding and petting. She ideally belongs in a family with a lot of attention. Beardies can live up to 15 years, so it's not a short-term arrangement. That being said, if there EVER was a time when your circumstances can't provide the best life for her, I want you to return her to me no questions asked. She would come with her amazing habitat, lighting (and instructions), food, and more. If you believe you have a situation that would enrich her life, please contact me.
