TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: IF YOU COME ACROSS a woman named Padma Elizabeth Bhudeo, stay AWAY. She has scammed many people in NY and NJ and has now circulated to Irvine/OC area in California. She will either say that she owns a business in the Healthcare field and/or will befriend you so you can help her with money for her child's school (should be attending a private school in Irvine.) She preys on people (mostly women) in the hotel lobby. She will outpour her whole story of how hard her life has been and how she is "starting over". She will get your phone number then text you late night asking "Can we talk I have something important to ask you". She will claim that she left her bank card "somewhere" and she just needs a hotel room for the night so that her and her son won't have to sleep in her car.to stay saying that she lost her bank card and never pay you...she will block you and may never hear from her again. She owes me 2800 for work I did as well as paying for Home Health Aide classes that she never intended to commence. If anyone has been scammed by her/come into contact with her....please contact me...I will be filing a civil suit as well as working with law enforcement to get this predator off the streets immediately.
