I have a small screen printing shop that's not being used.

Hello, I have a small screen printing shop. I mostly did one color. But it is a 4 station 6 color press with a flash dryer and a heat press. I also have a 24in vinyl cutter. And a small embroidery machine. Shop is in the basement of my house. I was working on building a business. But I unfortunately had to close right after opening a small store, because of covid. I have since switched careers and have a decent job. I don't think I have the time to work on this anymore. But maybe somebody in the area is interested in working with me. I thought about selling all the equipment but I like the idea that I can just go downstairs and make something whenever I want. So I have a fully set up and stocked Shop, maybe you can find a way to make good use of it. The shop is a mess and needs to be cleaned up it hasn't been used in 2 years. But I'm willing to pay somebody to help me do that. And we can also work out a deal if you want to use the equipment. At first you have to earn my trust and I would have to be there when you work. If we can get that far the basement has separate access from the rest of the house and it is possible to provide a key for access. Let me know if you have any questions.
