MIDDLETOWN, RI — Paving projects will affect paving projects down several Middletown roads this week. Paving will take place on Wednesday and Thursday. This week's paving is scheduled for Livingston Place, Vernon Avenue, Fenner Avenue, North Fenner Avenue, Boulevard and Bliss Mine Road.
