An in-person, interactive, social workshop on how to do one of the hardest things in the modern world; giving and receiving feedback! What is it: A live, in-person, interactive workshop on how to give and receive feedback lead by Genny Rumancik, the founder and lead facilitator at The EQ School. You'll learn tools for doing one of the things we struggle the most with as a society; letting other people know how their behavior impacts us. Genny uses methods learned during her time studying Design Leadership at Hyper Island in Stockholm, Sweden to help you approach this often anxiety-filled but absolutely necessary part of being a human being - and believe it or not, this process is actually kind of fun! There will be activities, Q&A, and plenty of time to socialize and meet smart new friends! And you might even walk away with a little more self-awareness than you started with! Who's it for: Anyone who wants to get better at giving and receiving feedback in any and all relationship (work, romantic, friendships) SPACE IS LIMITED! When: Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 5:30pm-9:00pm Doors open at 5:30pm, we start PROMPTLY at 6:00pm; we won't let you in after 6pm!
