Nashville Recording artists bring down the house with good vibes : honky-tonk, feel-good indie anthems, Americana & pop-rock sing-a-longs Since 2015, Nashville Recording artists, Chad Nickell & the Loose Change have been performing across the two Virginia's, captivating listeners with their live performances of original music. Hailing from the mountains of Alleghany County, VA, singer/songwriter, Chad Nickell has been telling stories of love, folklore, and existentialism for the better part of two decades. After crossing paths with lead guitarist and vocalist, Daniel Jackson in 2015, the Loose Change was born, and shortly thereafter came along drummer Brandon "BT" Ross, bass player Jeremy Berberette, and multi-instrumentalist saxophone player, Ryan Ratliff. Chad Nickell & The Loose Change has shared the stage with many regional & national acts along the way, including The Larry Keel Experience, Steal Your Peach, The Jared stout Band, Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns, Revelator Hill, as well as having the honor to open for multi-platinum recording artist, Uncle Kracker. They were also voted "Best Band" of Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine's "Best of the Blue Ridge" contest in 2021. Opening the evening is beautiful singer-songwriter, Mackenzie Ryan. Hailing from Northern Virginia, a professionally trained vocalist and self-taught multi-instrumentalist. Inspired by all genres, she covers a variety of songs in her sets from Etta James and The Rolling Stones to The Avett Brothers and The Lumineers. ​
