If you sit for work, stand for long periods, or end your day with low back pain this is for you.
Join Dr. Nisha Copeland (back pain specialist) and Dr. Kyla Colaggi a certified yoga instructor as the educate on looking at different yoga poses through a Chiropractic viewpoint.
We will be focusing on low back pain and how each pose can help address common issues that result in low back pain.
This will be a hands on workshop so come prepared to move and test out these poses with us.
