Your chef-instructor will lead you in preparing qamar al-Din, an apricot beverage scented with orange blossom, and sweet potato bourkas accented with dill, creamy feta, olives and caramelized onion. You’ll also learn to make grilled Turkish lentil kofte, a skewered lamb meatball dish with herbs, served in lettuce cups with tzatziki, and Persian rice with saffron, dried fruits and spices.
