Description

Breathe and stop. Give it what you got! Your muscles may shake, but the beats will keep you going. Set to beat bumping music, this class is designed to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, and you move from one pose to the next through various rhythms (some fast pace and as some slow) quickly linking your breath with each movement. It provides a good physical workout and encourages you to concentrate focus within.
