BASH is teaming up with Lululemon Tyson's to celebrate the strength, power, grace, & beauty of women as we close out Women's History Month. Join us on 3.31 at 7:30pm at BASH's Ballston location for a celebration of Women's History as we closeout #WHM. The private class will be coached by BASH's Head Coach Aleks Knepper and all proceeds will be donated to Doorways of Arlington! Plus, as an added bonus Lululemon Tyson's will be randomly selecting TWO attendees to win a $200 fit session at their store! Doorways is a community-based nonprofit providing services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as youth and families experiencing homelessness. Through the generosity of their partners and supporters, Doorways helps Arlington's most vulnerable neighbors survive crisis, rebuild their lives, and achieve brighter futures. Never been to BASH?! For 45 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is BASH's #1 focus! Using free weights, med balls, resistance bands, & a joint-safe Aqua Bag, BASH Boxing will build lean muscle, improve overall endurance, and torch calories round after round. Add in their state-of-the-art surround sound system & lighting and you'll find an experience that you won't soon forget. Zero experience is necessary - ALWAYS!
