All BIPOC women (18+) are invited to gather, connect and grow with us in this 4 month self-care and wellness healing circle. The Sister Circle at BLISS is an opportunity for BIPOC women to gather, connect, and grow together in wellness. During the months of March, April, May, and June, women are invited to learn about and experiment with mind-body medicine self-care practices to enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Aided by BLISS and its 10-acres of reclaimed urban forest and meadow, women will subsequently glean the therapeutic benefits of community and nature connection.
