We are a brick repair company that services all 7 cities along with Williamsburg to parts of NC. We specialize in replacing cracked bricks, cracked mortar and lintel replacements around commercial and residential properties. This position will require intense labor at times and being able to consistently lift over 100lbs. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. This position will consist of grinding out mortar, cutting out bricks with a hand held saw, demoing concrete or bricks, loading up debris, picking up and dropping off materials along with learning masonry skills on the job. We do offer in the field training along with a 3hr overview of skills. This position is Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm depending on the schedule for each day. We also work saturdays as well. Most technician average in-between 35-45 hrs a week depending on scheduling for the week and depending on the weather for the week. We can not guarantee that every week will be 40hrs. With that being said once skilled work has been learned there are opportunities to consistently get 40hrs a week and overtime. We are looking for individuals who are willing to be committed to our company and looking to grow through our various position with in our company. If hired the first 3 months will be considered a probation period. After the first 90 days, then all listed benefits will kick in. This position will require some driving through the day to and from job sites or pick up sites. We do not pay for drive time, meaning you would be clocked out if driving. This position starts at 15$ a hr unless you are a brick mason with 5+ years of experience or are skilled in installing mortar, using the various jointers, making mortar, cutting out bricks, installing lintels AND have atleast 1 year of experience as a skilled worker for another verified masonry company along with photos of projects you’ve done yourself.
