Learn to make knish dough with a variety of fillings!
In this class, we'll cover the basics of making the knish dough. Everyone will get a dough ball to roll their own knish. JB will bring fillings for the Bloom and Rose's traditional, spinach and feta knish, and for summer time, some smoked onion and farmers cheese fillings as well. Everyone can choose which flavor or flavors they want to roll. We'll top each one and par bake them. JB will also bring some samples to eat while waiting for the knish to par bake! Finally everyone will leave with their par baked knish, recipes for knish, and the knowledge to do them at home!
