Description

Saturdays class will be a circuit style, body weight class incorporating gliders! Paper plates will be provided to those without gliders. This class will be a full body workout using only bodyweight and gliders. The gliders will force your body to stabilize itself automatically engaging your core. It will be a fun cardio and strength training class to get the day started and also receive 30% off anything you buy for participating!
