Discover tantalizing flavors and taste the joy of being surrounded by aromatic herbs, fruits, and vegetables in season! It's always better to buy produce in season, that's when they have the best flavor. Texas's famous warm climate means plenty of crops can be planted, grown and harvested more than once a year. We will introduce you to recipes that you will and can create year-round. You will be able to make and take your creations home, as well as a light lunch on site. For ages 16 and older (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class).
