We practice in my studio that has a large bass amp Looking for a band that plays good hard rock 90s 2000s songs, Alice in Chains, Bush, Seether, Nirvana, Godsmack, and many more, very open range, I even like stuff like matchbox 20, I almost like any pop/alt rock and anything that would create a fun gig once a month or so.I'm also an excellent harmonies/backup singer and have no problem doing both at once. I can often just craft harmonies by ear, on-the-fly, with a clarion high-and-lonesome sound. Happy to rehearse & jam just about anytime, but would prefer gigs be paid & reasonably local... Working cover band seeks bass player. The band consists of Front person, Guitar, Bass, Keys and Drums. The band currently works 2 to 3 gigs per month. We play a combination of Classic Rock (Dance Type), Motown, Disco and Country. Must have reliable transportation, professional gear and attitude. No "weekend warriors" or drugs. Background and harmony singing a plus but not required. Just so you know where we're at: we have a couple of drummers and one guitar player. I'm the worship minister and I usually play keyboard just because I can put in the bass with the left hand. BUT, I would love to get off of the keyboard and play electric guitar, but we need at least a bass player and/or a keyboard player to make that work.
