Priscilla (Selah - the name I've given her) is a one year old female Irish Wolfhound mix. I am here in Hermiston and fostering her from a San Bernadino dog rescue. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She currently weighs 71 pounds and is a bundle of joy. She has been in rescue for 3 months and with me for 3 weeks. She is a quick learner and has settled quite a bit but she's a puppy still and will need someone to continue her training. She is not the kind of dog to leave out in a backyard alone. She needs to be with her people. She sleeps throughout the night on the floor at the foot of my bed. She's learning to ride in a car. She gets very excited but settles down and will ride for hours quietly. She's potty trained and learning leash. She does shed somewhat but getting better since I have had her on vitamins and fish oil. She wants to please. She's very inquisitive which can lead her into trouble. She likes slippers and unfortunately one of her faults is digging. As I indicated, she's a puppy still. She loves bones and toys but will start looking for other things to play with, hence, slippers. She doesn't seem to like other dogs due to her not being very socialized with any other dogs other than the ones in other runs while in rescue.
The adoption fee is $200 which covers the transport fee from Southern Cal. We will be very picky who this girl goes to. She's a lot of dog and needs someone who's not going to bail on her. If interested, and wish to know more about her, call me at 503-4zero9-754two. Ultimately you will work with the rescue party in California.
