Join us for a quick-hit of encouragement, collaboration and topic based learning with leaders in your area. Here’s a quick overview of the Leaders’ Roundtable and why we now have two: Six times each year StrongLead and Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation host a Leaders' Roundtable. These events bring together leaders in our area for 90-minutes of topic-based learning, a quick-hit of encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with others. The success of these events in the past has led us to create a Leaders' Roundtable in Caldwell County and Catawba County, in addition to one in Burke County. The three separate meetings will be based on the same content but will allow us to invest in a larger number of leaders in our area. This also allows you to choose a date and location that works best for you! You are welcome to attend any roundtable event so long as there are available seats. May Topic: Radical Candor Leaders have the difficult task of both challenging their people and caring for them. Radical candor is about finding the sweet spot between being obnoxiously aggressive on the one side and ruinously empathetic on the other. In this month’s Leaders Roundtable, we’ll explore why we have to be both challenging and caring and how we can do both without overdoing either. Space is limited to 20 people.
