Heritage Professional Associates is excited to announce a 3 CE ethics workshop This workshop will focus on the ethical considerations to stepping outside of traditional therapeutic boundaries. It is broken up into three sections. The first hour will focus on ethical considerations in going to physical locations with your client outside of the traditional therapy office. The third hour will look at varying the therapeutic frame regarding time and money and to allow enough time for questions and answers. This workshop will fulfill the ethics 3 CE requirements for licensure renewal. Objectives: At the end of this presentation participants will be able to: 1. Identify various ethics codes for their standards regarding therapeutic boundary excursions 2. Weigh the benefits and risks of stepping outside of traditional therapeutic boundaries 3. Enact a model for sound ethical decision-making when faced with a request to step outside of traditional therapeutic boundaries.
