Please join us for a delightful TeaTime to celebrate our mothers a the fabulous and serene place, "Sanctuary." An event for adult children and their mothers' to bring their mother to learn about healthy ways to care for their mother while aging. Expert and Professional, Teri Dreher will share insightful information and resources for both generations, and how to balance life, health, and aging well. Women are the "Chief Officers" at managing their home affairs; making the majority of decisions, often on behalf of their aging parents, too. What better opportunity to celebrate mothers, young and old, than on Mother's Day. While at the same time empowering women with knowledge and insights into how to support their mothers (and fathers) in aging gracefully and safely. About the Speaker Teri is an RN with 36 years of experience, has always been passionate about keeping the patient at the center of the nursing care model. This passion led her to form NShore Patient Advocates, LLC in 2011. NShore Patient Advocate is one of the first organizations of its kind in Chicagoland. With a background in critical care nursing and home-based health care, combined with experience as a cardiovascular nurse clinician, Teri knows the complexities and challenges of obtaining premium quality care, especially in fast-paced hospital settings.
