Position: CEH is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor / Lead Carpenter. Working closely with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients - the hired candidate will be expected to manage the day-to-day site operation from launch through punch list completion. Responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the job site, coordination of project workflow, reading and interpreting blueprints, maintaining schedule by managing subcontractors and materials, performing hands-on carpentry, and ensuring that work is completed to CEH's exacting standards of quality. As the Site Supervisor / Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with Construction Manager and team Driving daily operation of the job site Analyzing blueprints and foresee potential adjustments Managing jobsite cleanliness, quality, safety, schedule, and materials Performing hands-on carpentry as needed You may be the Site Supervisor / Lead Carpenter, we are looking for if you: Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills Have 5+ years of demonstrated site management supervision experience in high-end residential construction with a thorough knowledge of building trades specifically renovation Develop effective relationships with internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors Have the leadership to bring projects in on time and on budget Ability to communicate directly with homeowner as needed Interest in Building Science a plus Construction Supervisor License a plus OSHA 10 and NARI lead carpenter certification is a plus Reliable vehicle - must be willing to travel throughout South Shore Being excited and enthusiastic to work in an environment where every detail matters and having a positive attitude is mandatory.
