Photography Studio Space to Share

I have a nice space in Wilmington that has served as my photography studio for years. It's spacious (500+ sq ft), with good natural light (two large windows), a private bath (for outfit changes) and my lighting set-up: 3 strobes, 1 ring light, 9 foot white mounted backdrop, green screen set-up and an office partition for meeting with clients to edit on your laptop connected to a 40 inch monitor. It's beautiful. I just don't have the client flow (since Covid) to financially justify the space on my own. Ergo, I am offering it up to share with other photographers on a per shoot basis. Admittedly, I am posting this ad to measure interest. I am open to ideas from hourly rental to a monthly share for specified days, times etc. The space is less than a mile off 93 in a commercial building, second floor, right next to an elevator for easy loading/unloading.
