Program Noon Program:  food4VOLS and Rocky Top Institute The mission of the University of Tennessee Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management (RHTM) is to provide nationally and internationally recognized interdisciplinary programs that prepare professionals and serve organizations in the public and private sectors through teaching, research, and technology transfer. Food4VOLS was established Fall of 2021 as a program to reduce hunger and food waste on campus. The program is housed and managed through the UT Culinary Arts Institute. The Rocky Top Institute was established in 2011 as a partnership between the Bryant family (Felice and Boudleaux Bryant were the writers of “Rocky Top.”) and the University of Tennessee to develop the Rocky Top brand. Students in the Retail and Consumer Sciences program develop student-designed products and have the responsibility to strategically grow the brand. Please park at Knoxville Museum of Art, 1050 World's Fair Park and walk down White Avenue. There will be transportation by Olympus Car and Coach before (10:30-11:30am) and after (1:15-1:45pm) Be sure to bring your business cards and $$ for door prizes to support the GKHA Hospitality Student Education Scholarship Fund.
