Job description MIT DRIVERS & HELPERS NEEDED Major Issue Transports is a contracted delivery and assembling company that offers delivery assistance to other companies such as Amazon, Mattress Firm, Wayfair, and other companies. Our transporting business is currently seeking to fill several Driver positions that will be performing the following duties: Maintain attendance to scheduled days of work Transport & Assemble furniture, packages, and other merchandise to the assigned destination. Practice safety protocols and procedures when operating trucks and motor vehicles. Maintain proper use of vehicles with no accidents, damages, and other preventative maintenance procedures. Maintain communication between managers and colleagues to resolve transportation issues, accidents, and other issues related to getting a task done. Assemble and Install appliances (including refrigerators, washer & dryers, stoves, etc) and other furnishings. Manage time during shifts to ensure tasks are being completed at the appropriate deadlines provided by the company. Qualifications: High School Diploma Valid Driver’s License Chauffeur license (for drivers only) Reliable Transportation 1- year of Customer Service Installation & Assembling Experience 1- year of Delivery Experience' RESUME REQUIRED RESUME REQUIRED RESUME REQUIRED RESUME REQUIRED Driver Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day Helpers: $100.00 - $120.00 per day Pay weekly w/ a week in the hole
