Join us in a star filled room for restorative yoga and a live sound bath led by Kate Moon Yoga and Liz Ramirez If you have never been to a live sound bath, you are in for a magical journey. Yoga movement will be slow and intentional to open the breath the mind and the body through releasing stretches and long holds as we ground down and setup for what will become a 35 minutes svasana; the live sound bath will begin. Liz Ramirez will use various sound instruments including but not limited to glass singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks and drums to bring you into a deep meditation. Arrive 10 minutes early to park and get setup. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably. Bring pillows, blankets and anything else that will help you find the ultimate relaxation.
