Bay Management is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team! We are a large multi-family rental property located in Middletown, RI. Our technicians are responsible for completing work orders, preparing units for rental, and providing general and specialized maintenance to both the property itself as well as the units. We are seeking an individual who is skilled in basic: plumbingheatingelectriccarpentry We are seeking an individual who is: highly motivateda team playerable to work in a fast-paced environmentavailable to be on a rotating basis 24 hour on-callhas reliable transportationhas a valid driver's license **The individual MUST reside within a 30-minute drive from the property for on-call requirements.** This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package.
