Get your dance on, learn new moves, get in shape, sweat out some endorphins, make new friends, release stress, and boost your confidence! Join our new Dirty Dancersizing movement - we are in for quite a ride.
How this happened: “I lost 10 pounds in 10 days dancersizing at home (while having a blast) to fit into a leather skirt, and had to show other women how easy and affordable it could be (ban crunches and tummy tucks)” - Sonda Eunus, Accidental Dancersize Teacher
Who we are: a new Women Only Dance Studio in which we combine dancing (amazing weight loss cardio) with light exercising and strength training add-ons (amazing legs, arms, ass & abs).
Dance Styles & Music Genres include: Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bachata, Samba, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Soca, Reggae, Jazz, East Coast & Triple Swing, Lindy Hop, Top 40, & Tap. Other class offerings will be added on a regular basis.
Location & Class Schedule: We are doing pop-up classes on different days and times at various locations until we decide on our first permanent studio location - we go where our people need us.
