This experience will have lots of chanting, creation of songs, dancing, and an expansive interaction between all participants. She will be bringing different kinds of musical instruments to explore vibrations, sounds and rhythms, in connection with the breath, heart and brain. You will be touching, playing and feeling from quartz bowls to gongs, wood and metal. All the elements in sound. Come ready to enjoy an incredible time together! About Cynthia: Cynthia Zak is a musician, songwriter, author ( her fourth book "Enciende tu Corazón" is just out in the market) , explorer of sounds and vibrations. She's been teaching mindfulness, yoga, music and breathing to thousands of children and families for the last decade. She is an international speaker, co founder of the mindfulness system Yomu and director of the Yomu Institute ( a research center for neuroscience, emotional intelligence, breathing and music as the new frontier in brain and heart coherence) She is a mom of three incredible children and believes in the power of community to elevate the world vibration.
