This event is open to guests of other faiths and designed to give a glimpse into Islam, Ramadan, and the practice of fasting. Join the Silver sage Foundation 's Interfaith Team for a meal that transcends any generational, ethnic or religious differences. Iftar or “breaking the fast” is an important holy act for Muslims during the sacred month of Ramadan. Listen to people of diverse faiths speak on their unique spiritual experience, engage in meaningful conversations, and celebrate our united interfaith community with a festive meal. We hope to transform our community through the power of relationships and shared experiences.
