UPDATE: All lanes have reopened, according to the state DOT. WALLINGFORD, CT — A portion of I-91 South has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash in Wallingford, according to state transportation officials. One lane is open on I-91 South between Exits 15 and 14 in Wallingford, according to the state DOT. Part of I-91 South had been closed due to the crash.
