Bloom along with us as we welcome Spring through a guided lotus meditation and gentle yoga flow, as we plant seeds of intention. Ahhh… Spring is in the air! The days are getting longer, the sun is starting to shine, colorful new plant life is bursting forth as the trees and flowers begin their new cycles of growth. We too have the opportunity for new growth. Join Kim and Tammy for their Spring Renewal Meditation & Yoga Workshop as they help you welcome in this transformative time and plant new intentions for the months to come. The event will be held on the 2nd floor of the beautiful , historic David Mateer Center for the Performing Arts in Greensburg. $25 Preregistration is required. Each attendee will receive a lotus flower candle, seedlings and a cute pot to plant them in. Please bring your mat and water/beverage to drink.
