Here are the top three tories in New Orleans today: NOPD is seeking public assitance in locating a vehicle connected to a Hoffman Triangle double homicide that killed a 13-year-old boy. You can view photos of the car here. (Uptown Messenger) A pair of Friday night shootings left two victims wounded in New Orleans. NOPD first arrived onto the scene on Eagle Street and found a man suffering a gunshot wound to the body at 7:30pm. The second incident occurred at the intersection of North Miro and Clouet St where a man was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment, anyone with information is asked to contact NOPD or Crimestoppers. (WWLTV.com) A grandmother with her grandchild was robbed and carjacked at gunpoint near a Lower 9th Ward playground on Wednesday evening. NOPD currently has the incident under investigation.
